Services Offered

In an atmosphere of acceptance, peace, and understanding, we will help you find your way. Our services include:

Individual Therapy

Through Individual Therapy, you can have honest and open discussions with a trained therapist in a safe, private environment. As you talk about your relationships, behaviors, life experiences, and feelings, our therapist will work with you to help you identify your strengths, develop coping strategies, find resources, and begin the process of growth and change. We strive to help you make healthier choices so you can have better relationships and achieve your life goals.

Group Therapy

Share common concerns, explore personal issues, and learn how you socialize with others. Group Therapy brings together clients with similar issues on a regular basis. Under the skilled direction of a trained group therapist, members of the group can share their stories, give support, offer alternatives, and when appropriate, gently comfort others. Members of the group can find encouragement, support, and solidarity with others who understand what they are going through.

Crisis Intervention

Our Crisis Intervention program provides comprehensive assessment and immediate stabilization of acute symptoms of emotional distress and/or mental illness. This service is available to all individuals within our service areas who are experiencing a crisis. Our crisis intervention staff will talk to you by phone or on a walk-in basis. Our goal is to provide assessment, support, immediate stabilization, and referral to community services, including inpatient psychiatric care if necessary.

Grief and Loss Therapy

Grief is an inevitable part of life. The loss of a loved one can hit us harder than expected. If you are struggling with the loss of a family member or a friend, our Grief and Loss Therapy may be able to help you. Our therapists can help you deal with the different stages of grief, accept the reality of your loss, provide you with coping strategies, and adjust to a changed environment. We offer support during this very difficult time in your life.

Anger Management

When anger becomes too intense, too frequent, or expressed in aggressive or hurtful ways, it becomes a problem. Out-of-control anger can damage relationships and even lead to physical and emotional distress. Through Anger Management, we can help you understand the root cause behind your anger, what triggers it, and how you can express it in healthier ways.

Basic Life Skills

Many people struggling with severe mental illness and/or addictions often end up neglecting many everyday responsibilities. When this neglect becomes ingrained into daily life, they often forget to properly take care of themselves. Our Basic Life Skills service helps those in recovery rebuild their lives. We help clients take care of themselves and do basic tasks such as cooking healthy meals, budgeting, housekeeping, and more.

Depression and Anxiety Group Services

If you are struggling with depression and/or anxiety, know that you are not alone. There are people out there who truly understand what you are going through and share your experiences. Our Depression and Anxiety Group Services allow you to meet and socialize with other people who have similar circumstances. Sessions are led by a trained therapist.

Behavioral Outpatient Services

We offer a broad range of Behavioral Outpatient Services to individuals with emotional, behavioral, mental, or chemical dependency related issues. When you participate in our behavioral outpatient services, you will be able to receive the treatment and support that you need while accommodating your lifestyle and schedule. For instance, you can choose to receive treatment in the afternoon as you go about work during the day.

Housing Assistance

Poor housing can lead to poor health, and it might make recovery from substance use or mental health problems more difficult. Through our Housing Assistance program, we can help our clients find safe, stable, and affordable housing. By helping you find a stable home, we aim to help prevent homelessness and complicating existing mental health issues.

Group Home

Sometimes what your loved ones with complex requirements need is a residence. Group homes provide therapy, 24-hour supervision, plus support to troubled individuals in a home-like setting. Unlike large residential treatment facilities or psychiatric hospitals, group homes serve a small number of patients. This can provide the person in therapy and the therapist with more support and resources. Under our care and services, we do our best to create an environment where they can enjoy their stay with us for as long as possible.

We accept:

  • Teachers Trust Insurance
  • Private Pay

Our team of seasoned and highly qualified therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals handles every service. We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care that helps our clients achieve long-term healing and mental wellness.
